Freelance
Websites, apps, and internal tools for small businesses.
I’ve been freelancing since 2020, including work with international clients.
What I build
Business tools and integrations
I build tools for orders, billing, payments, and reporting. Where an existing system already works, I connect to it so staff don’t have to enter the same information twice.
Complete web and mobile products
I can build the first version of a product, including its web and mobile apps, backend, payments, and admin tools.
Websites and interactive frontends
Portfolios, business websites, and interactive pages, with clear copy and layouts that work on phones.
Who I’ve built for
A pharma wholesaler that wanted its retailers ordering from their phones without giving up the ERP its staff already use. A Windows agent drafts bills through the ERP’s interface for staff to review and save. It’s in pilot.
A family transport business that ran on paper receipt books and spreadsheets. It now runs its daily billing, payments and reports from one system, and its customers look up their own bills and statements.
An exam-prep startup. I built its first version as a freelancer in 2023, then joined full-time once it started earning. Today it’s two web apps and two mobile apps used by tens of thousands of learners.
How it works
- 1. A first call
- You tell me what you need and what has to keep working in the meantime.
- 2. A written scope
- I write down what I’ll build, what’s left out, and how we’ll check that it’s ready.
- 3. Price
- A fixed price for a build with a clear end; a monthly retainer for work that continues after launch.
- 4. Weekly updates
- I send a weekly update with progress, next steps, and any decisions I need from you.
- 5. A handover
- When the work is done, I hand it over with documentation written for whoever looks after it next.
